Practice · Marketing & digital
Marketers who can grow a regulated business without getting it into trouble.
We recruit digital, performance, demand generation, product marketing, and communications professionals for B2B healthcare, life sciences, consumer health, and technology companies across Canada.
The market
What employers are asking for in 2026
Marketing leaders in Canada are growing their teams, but the roles have changed. Employers want performance marketers who can defend a budget with attribution data, demand generation specialists who can run account-based programs with sales, and product marketers who understand the buyer well enough to write the sales narrative. AI fluency is now a baseline expectation rather than a differentiator, and in healthcare and consumer health there is the added requirement of navigating advertising rules, privacy law, and claims review.
Our practice sits at the intersection of those needs. Because we also recruit supply chain and technology talent for the same employers, we understand the products, buyers, and constraints your marketers will work with.
