How we work
Each consultant owns one practice and builds a real network in it. There are no cold-call targets, no CV-send quotas, and no incentive to place someone in a role that will not last. We measure ourselves on the things clients and candidates care about: time to shortlist, offer acceptance, and how many placements are still in place a year later.
