For job seekers
One consultant, your specialism, your next move.
You register once. From then on you deal with a named consultant who works only in your field, calls you before sending your CV anywhere, and stays with you from first conversation to first day.
What you get
More than a job board with a phone number
Confidential search
Looking while employed is normal. Your CV is never posted, never shared with an employer without your explicit go-ahead, and never sent to your current organization.
Honest market advice
We tell you what the role really pays, what the manager is like, and where the risks are, because we have placed people there before or we have asked the hard questions.
Interview preparation
A prep call before every interview covering the format, the interviewers, the questions they tend to ask, and how to talk about your experience in their language.
Offer negotiation
We negotiate salary, start date, vacation, hybrid arrangements, and title on your behalf, with live data from comparable placements, so you do not have to have the awkward conversation yourself.
Resignation and notice support
Guidance on resigning well, handling counter-offers, and managing your notice period so you leave on good terms and arrive ready.
First 90 days
Check-ins at two weeks, six weeks, and three months. If something is not right, we hear about it early and can help.
Process
What happens after you submit your CV
Acknowledgement
You hear from us within two business days. If your background fits one of our practices, we book an intro call; if not, we say so and point you somewhere useful.
Intro call
A 30-minute conversation about what you do, what you want next, your salary expectations, and any constraints such as location, hours, or notice.
Matching
We only put you forward for roles we have discussed with you. For each one you get the full brief, our take on the employer, and a prep call before interview.
Offer and beyond
We negotiate the offer, help you resign well, and stay in touch through your first three months.
Who we work with

If your experience sits in one of these areas, or the finance, operations, and sales roles around them, we would like to hear from you at any stage of your career, from coordinator to executive.

Questions candidates ask
Frequently asked questions
Does it cost me anything?
No. Candidates never pay GetJob Canada for anything: not registration, not advice, not placement. Our fees are paid by employers. Anyone asking you for money in our name is not us; see our fraud notice.
Will you send my CV to employers without asking?
Never. We discuss each role with you first and only submit your profile with your explicit permission, and we tell you who it is going to.
What if you have no suitable role right now?
We will tell you honestly. Many of our placements come from candidates we registered months before the right role appeared. With your consent we keep your details on file and contact you when something fits.
Do you work with contractors?
Yes. We place incorporated and payrolled contractors on fixed-term assignments in all three practices, and we explain the differences in pay, deductions, and obligations so you can choose what suits you.
How do you handle my personal information?
In line with Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws. We collect only what we need to represent you, store it securely, and delete it on request. Our privacy policy has the detail.
Ready when you are.
Send us your CV and a few lines about what you are looking for. A practice consultant will be in touch within two business days.
