In practice that means semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-operable navigation and forms, visible focus states, sufficient colour contrast in light and dark themes, respect for reduced-motion preferences, and text that can be resized without loss of content.
Our recruitment process
We provide accommodations at every stage: registration, consultant interviews, employer interviews, assessments, and onboarding. This can include alternative formats for documents, extra time, interviews by phone or in an accessible location, or any other adjustment that helps you show what you can do. You can ask your consultant at any point and you do not need to explain why.
Employers
We advise the employers we work with on accessible job descriptions, interview practices, and onboarding, and we will pass on any accommodation request a candidate asks us to share, and only with their permission.
